Platters we prepare for events
- Sushi Combo — 24 pieces. A mixed selection of maki and nigiri; a good fit for 2–4 guests or a small meeting.
- Tempura Smoked Salmon Platter — 18 pieces. Warm, fried rolls that travel well for office lunches.
- Prawn Combo — 20 pieces. Prawn nigiri and rolls for guests who prefer cooked seafood.
- Fresh Salmon or Tuna Experience Platter — 40 pieces. Our largest platters, built for parties and celebrations of 6–8 guests each.
Larger events are simply several platters combined — tell us the guest count and we'll suggest the mix. Vegetarian rolls, mango nigiri and gunkan can replace any fish selection, and we can note allergies on the order.
How to book catering
- Tell us the date, time, guest count and where to deliver in Limassol.
- We reply with a suggested platter mix and the total price.
- Platters are made fresh on the day and delivered chilled, or held for pickup at Saripolou Square.
Please ask at least a day ahead for large orders so we can source the fish.
